I only eat one sandwich a day and nothing else. I was slim, very slim but gosh I was so weak and always in a cranky mood. I was following a no sugar, no carbs, no gluten diet." Javed says that she is now a lot more accepting of herself these days. "I'm fitter, I feel better so I don't care if people comment about my stomach or my weight."
Javed has had to deal with haters on social media, but she says that she doesn't have time for them. In this photo Javed posted on Instagram, she revealed that she likes to block anyone sending her hate or any negativity. "As far as negative comments are concerned, long back I decided to block those people. I didn't do it for myself but for those who get so bothered seeing me. I decided to do them a favour! Now that you won't see me, you won't get irritated, annoyed and hopefully your day will pass by happily!"
